Margaux is the editor of a celebrity magazine, mother of triplets and unhappy wife . Zagaib is an urban nomad, dj and hacker, the ultimate vagabond. Margaux is seeking her truths, Zagaib is hiding behind his lies. In parallel stories they live opposite lives, crossing each other in the dimension of dreams, induced by a secret formula prepared by the shaman Baudelaire, used by Margaux as a spiritual journey and by Zagaib as an escape from reality. The movie is set in a fictional city, an urban mosaic of several metropolises, in a near future, after the promised apocalypse that the world expected, but never happened

In each episode detective Jameson Stag will be investigating a different case, which plot is inspired by the universe of a song or an album of some of the most influential musicians of our times, in the likes of Nick Cave, Iggy Pop, Tom Waits, Bob Dylan, Patti Smith and David Byrne, who will make cameo appearances in the episodes , and whose songs will be the episode’s soundtrack. "STORIES FROM THE INTERLUDE " is a high octane-drama with twists of noir, surreal imagery and fearless narrative - a psychological thriller exploring the limits between the psyche and the supernatural world , in the likes of “Twin Peaks” , in its unsettling tone, exploring quirky characters in a narrative with meticulous doses of humor and surrealism.
